LinkedIn is now offering its members the opportunity to track significant developments at companies they like – or competitors they want to keep an eye on. Job openings, new hires, recent departures: these are all things that a user can “follow” via an email digest sent directly to their inbox.

Extending the Acronym

By definition, Project Managers manage projects. But I’d argue that we extend that acronym even further. We’re also people managers and, if you will, personality managers, to such an extent that our management of the human element in a project can be as important to its overall success as any other factor.
